25 Feb Gardner Standard Announces Sale of Sun Country Industries to Abrasive Form

NEW YORK, February 25, 2019 – Gardner Standard LLC today announced the sale of Sun Country Industries to an affiliate of Abrasive Form, a portfolio company of Calvert Street Capital Partners. Founded in 1950, Sun Country Industries is a Nadcap certified contract manufacturer of aerospace components and assemblies. The Company specializes in close tolerance machining and precision assembly of jet engine and airframe components, assemblies and kits.
