Gardner Standard Appoints Ryan Yost as Recruitment Project Manager

BROOKLYN, NY — Gardner Standard LLC is pleased to announce that Ryan Yost has joined the company as Recruitment Project Manager. In today’s competitive hiring environment, Ryan will lead Gardner Standard’s efforts to attract high-performing employees who can drive profitable growth.

Working closely with the management teams and human resource professionals at Gardner Standard’s companies, Ryan will focus on developing, executing and improving companies’ recruiting strategies, processes and procedures.

Ryan brings a long track record of success to Gardner Standard, most recently serving as a recruiting manager for a leading company in the equipment rental industry. Prior to that he served as a division recruiting manager for a leading residential services business in the Mid-Atlantic region. In these positions, Ryan successfully recruited employees with deep experience in many skilled trades, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, diesel mechanics and other positions requiring high mechanical aptitude. In addition, Ryan has successfully recruited professionals, including engineers, accounting and finance professionals, as well as senior management positions.  

When not recruiting top talent, you can find Ryan coaching his daughters’ soccer and volleyball teams with his wife, Sam, or cheering for his Baltimore Ravens and  Orioles.
