13 Jan Gardner Standard Announces Sale of Williston Fire & Safety
BROOKLYN, NY / January 13, 2024 — Gardner Standard LLC today announced the sale of substantially all of the assets of Williston Fire & Safety, LLC (“Williston Fire & Safety”) to Summit Fire Protection, Co., a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (“Summit Fire Protection”).
Since 1978, Williston Fire & Safety has been serving the Williston Basin with high-quality fire & life safety equipment and services. Its respected team of technicians provides a wide selection of fire protection, air equipment, and safety services, with deep experience in the energy industry. Williston Fire & Safety remains committed to protecting its customers and the environment.
The Williston Fire & Safety team will continue serving customers and the community through inspections, testing, service, and maintenance as they join forces with the Summit Fire Protection team. Customers can expect the same excellent service, integrity, and quality work along with a broader range of expertise from the team they trust.
